24 Nov Goat Cheese in Honey and Herbs
This is the perfect gift to give any cheese lover.
Makes 1 jar
4 ounces Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese
good quality honey
2 tablespoons mixed herbs like thyme, sage, rosemary, dill etc
1 teaspoon pink pepper corns
1.Remove the cheese from the packaging and slice in into 8 slices.
2.Roll each up to a ball and place in a clean jar.
3.Add herbs and pink pepper corns.
4.Fill up with honey, put the lid on.
Can be stored unto 7 days in the fridge.Take it out 1 hour before serving.
