24 Sep Spring Omelette with Cottage Cheese & Radishes

3 tablespoons water
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
½ avocado, sliced
1 radish, sliced
- Beat eggs, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add to a small nonstick pan and cook until set on both sides.
- Place omelette on a plate and top with cottage cheese, avocado, watercress, and radish.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
