Whether a holiday party or a quiet evening at home, this gin cocktail makes the perfect accompaniment to a winter’s evening.

Makes 1 Cocktail
You will need:
2 ounces gin
1.5 ounces heavy cream
.75 ounce Licor 43
.5 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
.25 ounce rosemary simple syrup
heavy dash of Christmas bitters or angostura bitters
rosemary sprig for garnish frozen cranberries for garnish

- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all liquid ingredients.
- Shake until well combined.
- Strain over crushed ice into a tumbler.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberries.
