22 Sep Pineapple Shrub with Cranberry Ice Cubes
This fresh and festive party drink, presented by our friends at Colonial Williamsburg, is perfect for the holidays and beyond. In colonial times a shrub was usually made with vinegar and had a bit of a bite, but this version is fruity and delish. This is a non-alcoholic drink, but you could certainly spike it with dark rum or brandy!
This post is presented by Colonial Williamsburg. Colonial Williamsburg is the largest outdoor living museum in America, upholding their educational mission through immersive, authentic 18th- century experiences and programming for their guests.
This recipe is from the book Holiday Fare, Favorite Williamsburg recipes by John R. Gonzales.
