Rose Flavored Salt

Untreated organic rose petals turn sea salt into a subtly flavored work of art.


Sprinkle this salt on fudgy brownies as soon as they come out of the oven… and thank me later!

You will need:
1/2 cup flaky sea salt like Maldon
dried petals from 5 organic & untreated roses

  1. Place the rose petals in a food processor and pulse until they are chopped well.
  2. Mix the salt and chopped petals in a bowl and allow to rest for 24 hours.
  3. Store in a salt cellar or ziplock bag.
