Polenta Bites with Pecorino & Honey

I love to make it easy for you guys, so for these bites, I used ready-made polenta. Simply slice and fry—so easy. The salty pecorino and the sweet honey make this a flavor bomb in your mouth. 


You will need:
1 packet ready-made polenta (usually 2 pounds)
3 tablespoon olive oil
5 ounces pecorino

  1. Cut the polenta into 1-inch thick slices, and divide the slices into bitesized squares.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the polenta squares until golden on each side, 3–4 minutes. Let cool a little.
  3. Arrange on a platter.
  4. Break up the pecorino into small pieces, and add on top of the polenta.
  5. Drizzle with a little honey, and serve.
