17 Aug Lemon & Thyme Flavored Salt

Lemon and thyme add a beautiful harmony of flavor to your salt!
You will need:
1/2 cup flaky sea salt like Maldon
grated zest from two lemons
6 fresh thyme sprigs, just the leaves
- Spread the salt on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh thyme and use your clean hands to mix well.
- Allow to dry for two days.
- Store in a salt cellar or ziplock bag.
