This pistachio chutney is a pure delight! Serve on top of a good round of brie, on toast, or a teaspoon in your tea!

Makes 2 cups
You will need:
1⁄2 cup+11⁄2 cups shelled pistachios
11⁄2 cups honey
- Place 1⁄2 cup of the pistachios in a food processor and chop until fine.
- Place them in a jar with the rest of the pistachios and add the honey.
- Seal with a lid.
