10 Aug Herb-Marinated Feta Cheese
Feta cheese marinated in a spicy combination of crushed pepper, rosemary, and lemon rind. The key to this recipe is using the best quality extra virgin olive oil you can find. It’s so wonderful served atop toast or crusty bread.
