Cranberry & Pecan Cream Cheese Spread

Such a festive and easy treat! Just put it all in your food processor and after 30 seconds you have the most delicious spread for breads, crackers, or even sandwiches!  Pairs perfectly with a glass (or two) of wine!

You can totally make it a few days before your party, just keep it covered in the fridge and take it out 30 min before serving. You can also substitute other dried fruit for the cranberries. I love to make this with dried cherries too!

Makes 1 Cup

You will need:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons milk
5 oz dried cranberries + extra for garnish
5 oz toasted pecans + extra for garnish
fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)
Cuisinart food processor

  1. Place cream cheese, milk, cranberries and pecans in your food processor and pulse until you have a smooth spread, about 30 -45 seconds of pulsing. Sometimes I pulse it a little less than others if I want a chunkier spread.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with some extra cranberries, pecans and some fresh thyme.
  3. Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
