We stack brie and decorate it with honey, figs, and pepparkakor cookies! A layer cake made of cheese!

Makes One Stacked Cake
You will need:
3 different-sized wheels brie cheese
assorted cookies with
honey
2 fresh figs, diced
- Let the cheeses rest at room temperature for a couple hours before serving.
- Stack the cheeses from large to small in a layer cake design.
- Decorate with cookies and figs. Drizzle runny honey over the top.
TIP:
You can use store-bought cookies for this treat!
