You need:

Clear small plastic piping bags, you can usually find these at your local grocery store

Pistachios

Rubber bands

Small stars, can be wood, metal or cut your own out of some card stock.

Craft glue

Small terra-cotta pots

Craft paint

1.If you want to add some color to your terra-cotta pots simply paint them using craft paint.Let dry completely.

2.Fill your piping bags with pistachios and secure the ends with rubber bands.

3.Place the piping bags into the pots and glue the star on top.
